CANCELLATION POLICY
You can return any online purchase from Paper Tango within 30 days of placing your order. Provided it is in the original condition and in its original packaging, we will happily provide you with a full refund for the order (although the buyer is liable for all postal and packaging charges). By "original condition" we mean that the product is in a resellable condition where the product packaging has not been opened and the item has not been used or marked. We will ensure that you receive your refund within one week of receiving the order back from you.
Before returning your order please send an email to sales@papertango.co.uk to notify us of your intention. Your statutory rights are not affected.
COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property rights relating to the design, images and contents of our cards (including without limitation copyright and design rights) are the sole and exclusive property of Paper Tango Limited.
Our cards, images of our cards or any of our cards contents may not be reproduced without the prior written permission of Paper Tango Limited (for example, they may not be photographed for marketing campaigns without the written permission from Paper Tango).
Any buildings or landmarks depicted on our cards are not intended to represent that they are the official merchandise relating to that building or landmark or that this card or Paper Tango Limited is endorsed by or has any kind of relationship with the owners of the buildings or landmarks.
Pop-up card usage is stipulated in our quotations for bespoke commissions. Any usage outside of what is stated must be formally requested from Paper Tango Limited.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being received (provided the order is received by 3pm GMT). On occasion, at particular busy times of the year, or if we are awaiting new stock to be able to fulfil your order it may take up to 3-4 working days to dispatch. On this occasion we will contact you to let you know of the delay via the contact email you have provided at checkout.

UK domestic orders
Orders from within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail first class which usually takes 1-2 working days in transit once the order is dispatched. (Timeframes are estimates only and are dependent on Royal Mail’s service.)
International orders
Orders outside the UK are shipped via Royal Mail standard air mail.
Delivery times can vary depending on the country it is being sent to. Items to Western Europe usually take 3-5 working days in transit, Eastern Europe usually take 7-10 working says and the rest of world takes 5-21 working days.
These delivery times are a guide based on the Royal Mail terms of service, orders may, in some unusual cases take up to 28 days to arrive. Orders cannot be declared lost until they have been undelivered for over 28 days (at which point we can either refund an order or dispatch a replacement).
